Fiberlogy FiberFlex CF is an advanced 3D printing filament that combines the flexibility of thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) with the exceptional strength of carbon fiber. The material offers excellent shock absorption, resilience, and high mechanical resistance, making it an ideal choice for projects that require flexible yet durable prints.

FiberFlex CF contains 20% carbon fiber, which increases the material’s hardness to 60D on the Shore scale, enabling the creation of precise and durable components. The enhanced stiffness makes the filament easier to print compared to other flexible TPU materials. In addition, it features antistatic and electroconductive properties, while its heat resistance up to 90°C allows use in demanding mechanical and environmental conditions.

FiberFlex CF excels wherever a combination of flexibility and strength is needed – shock absorbers, seals, protective components, industrial structures, or mechanical parts exposed to loads and harsh environments. The filament is resistant to deformation and maintains high dimensional accuracy, making it an excellent solution for both professionals and hobbyists.

The production process of FiberFlex CF is carefully monitored, ensuring stable material properties, consistent print results, and reliability even in demanding projects.

Fiberlogy FiberFlex CF is a filament for users seeking a material that combines the flexibility of TPU with the strength of carbon fiber, offering precision, mechanical resistance, and the ability to perform under challenging conditions – perfect for technical projects and demanding functional parts.

Tips and recommendations

  • Nozzle:The material is highly abrasive. A hardened steel or ruby nozzle is required.
  • Handling:Use gloves (micro-damage to the skin may occur). When handling, use a dust mask and safety goggles.
  • Nanoparticles:Due to the presence of nanoparticles, the filament structure is not smooth. Occasional thickening is natural but does not affect the correct filament diameter, which remains within the declared tolerance.
  • Easier print removal:To facilitate print removal, the bed can be heated up to 110 °C.
  • Possible bed damage:Due to strong adhesion to the surface, printing directly on the bed or glass is not recommended, as this may cause damage. We recommend using adhesives or masking tape.
