FiberFlex 40D Filament - 1.75 mm - 0.85 kg
FiberFlex 40D is a flexible TPU filament with a Shore hardness of 40D, designed for fast and precise 3D printing at speeds of up to 45 mm/s without compromising print quality. The material was developed to make printing flexible models simple and convenient – it feeds easily, while the layers bond perfectly, ensuring both durability and aesthetics of the prints.
FiberFlex 40D stands out with its high resistance to impacts, abrasion, low temperatures, and chemicals, making it suitable for a wide range of applications – from hobby projects to professional models requiring flexibility and strength.
The filament is available in a broad palette of colors, allowing it to be adapted to any project.
For users seeking other flexible filament options, Fiberlogy also offers FiberFlex 30D – a softer version of TPU, and Fiberlogy MattFlex 40D – a matte flexible filament with similar hardness, ideal for achieving non-glossy surfaces.
WARNING
FiberFlex 40D may release a small amount of powder during printing, which is a natural characteristic of this material and does not constitute a defect. This does not affect the quality of the filament or the printing process itself. If a larger amount of powder is observed, periodic cleaning of the printer components is recommended, as accumulation over time may interfere with proper filament feeding to the extruder.
